Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Walking Tours

For regular daily walking tours (e.g. Subah-e-Banaras, Galis of Kashi Photowalk, Soul Food Trail):

• More than 48 hours before start time: 100% full refund or free rescheduling to another date.
• Within 48 hours of start time: 50% refund or 100% credit pass valid for 12 months.
• No-show at meeting point: Non-refundable once the walk has departed.

2. Special Festival Events (Dev Diwali 2026)

Due to strict advance boat charter commitments with local boatmen on Kartik Poornima:

• Up to 7 days before event (until 17 Nov 2026, 11:59 PM): 100% full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before event: 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of event: Non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure & Administrative Restrictions

If the Varanasi District Magistrate, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), or Uttar Pradesh Police restrict river navigation or declare a high flood/storm advisory on the event day:
✓ 100% Full Refund Guarantee: All ticket holders will receive an immediate 100% refund without any cancellation fee or deduction.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network standards.

5. How to Initiate a Cancellation
