• Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPIN. All financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay (RBI-authorized payment aggregator).
• Consent Logs: Unbundled checkbox state and ISO timestamp recording your affirmative marketing consent.

3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis

Under the DPDP Act 2023, we process your personal data under the following legitimate grounds:
• Performance of Contract: Issuing digital ticket passes with QR codes, verifying boarding on the ghats, communicating changes or weather updates.
• Specific Consent: If you explicitly check our marketing updates box, we will share announcements about upcoming festival walks and cultural stories via WhatsApp or email. You may opt out at any time.
